CRAFTSMANSHIP (no dyes no preservatives)
Ingredients: Fresh pasta made with best hard wheat semolina, "00" flour, eggs, salt, gruyere, fontina, provola cheese, caciotta, milk, butter, béchamel sauce, parmesan.
Allergens: see ingredients highlighted in yellow.
Conservation: Three days in the refrigerator - temperature from +1° to +4°
Cooking: Bake at 180° degrees for about 30 minutes. After cooking let it rest for 10/15 minutes in order to get a fantastic result.
Our pasta can be frozen. If you freeze it, you don't have to thaw it before cooking but simply cooking it when it's still frozen.
