Ingredients: Fresh pasta made with best hard wheat semolina, "00" flour, eggs, salt, beef roast, mortadella, natural flavors, spezie, breadcrumbs, extra-virgin oil.

Conservation: Three days in the refrigerator - temperature from +1° to +4°

Cooking: 6/7 minutes.

Our pasta can be frozen. If you freeze it, you don't have to thaw it before cooking but simply cooking it when it's still frozen.
